About the Role:

We're looking for an energetic and customer-focused

Tele Support Executive

to join our growing team at

XLNC Perfumery

. You'll be the voice of our brand, helping customers with their queries, orders, and product information -- ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a polite and professional manner. Assist customers with order updates, product details, and issue resolution. Maintain call records and follow up on pending queries. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Meet daily and weekly performance targets.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in

English and Hindi

. Strong listening and problem-solving abilities. Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge. Prior experience in telecalling or customer service preferred. Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Salary:

?12,000 - ?18,000 per month (based on experience & skills)
