We are hiring female Tele Support Executives to manage customer calls, resolve queries, and provide service support while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Assist customers with queries, complaints, and service support.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Good communication & listening skills.
Polite, patient, and customer-focused.
Basic computer & MS Office knowledge.
Prior customer support/telecalling experience preferred.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
