JOB DESCRIPTION
This is a full time on-site role. The Telecaller Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective students, guiding them on course curriculum, handling enquiries, fixing appointments with counselors and, maintaining records of communication. Mobile phone, sim and data will be provided by the company.
QUALIFICATION
1. Gender: Female
2. 12th/ Graduate
3. Minimum 1yr experience
4. Must be fluent in Malayalam language
5. Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills
6. Experienced in making outbound calls, handling both inbound and outbound customers.
7. Proficiency in MS Office.
