Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our sales team at our office in Raj Nagar Extension, Ghaziabad.

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and communicate effectively over the phone. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, promoting our products or services, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services. Follow up on leads and referrals resulting from marketing activities and campaigns. Build and maintain relationships with customers through excellent communication skills. Provide accurate product or service information to customers. Handle customer objections and concerns effectively to close sales. Achieve sales targets and quotas on a monthly basis. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service. Update customer information in the database accurately. Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Proven telesales experience with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone manner. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficient in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office and CRM software. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Must have a personal laptop and smartphone for work purposes. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. Ability to deliver work on CRM accurately and efficiently.
