Lead employee development & engagement initiatives. Conduct training programs, update material, and ensure associates are skilled and motivated.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training modules, inductions (GID/IID), PRP & FOD sessions Manage logistics & scheduling Monitor progress & gather feedback Update training material & facilitate product knowledge

Skills & Competencies:

Result-oriented & self-motivated Strong communication & interpersonal skills Customer-focused & innovative Ethical & strategic thinker

Experience: 3-4 years in insurance, preferably as a trainer
