Key Responsibilities
Make
outbound calls
to prospective clients and explain the company's products/services.
Handle
end-to-end client management
, including follow-ups and query handling.
Maintain a structured database of leads, call logs, and client interactions.
Convert leads into potential business opportunities.
Share necessary information with clients and assist them throughout the sales process.
Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
Manage customer relationships and ensure a positive client experience.
Provide daily and weekly reports on call performance and lead status.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Any graduate/undergraduate with relevant communication skills.
Excellent verbal communication
in English and Hindi (or regional language).
Confident, polite, and customer-friendly approach.
Ability to handle outbound sales calls and follow-up effectively.
Good listening skills and ability to handle objections.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, etc.).
Strong sense of responsibility and time management.
Preferred Qualities

Prior telesales or telecalling experience is an advantage but
freshers are welcome
