We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Telesales Representative to join our Sales team!
As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for generating calls to potential customers to achieve your Sales.

  • Telesales Representative should be well organised, Energetic, Creative, and Ready to Work in a Fast-paced, Dynamic environment.
  • We expect to connect Entrepreneurs and help or convince them to automate their Business or Processes.
  • Telesales Specialist contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a Product or Service.
  • They answer questions about Products or the Company.
  • They also ask questions to understand customer requirements and close the sales.
  • They must keep a record of calls and relevant details.
  • They must familiar with CRM and MS Office programs.
  • Telesales Specialist will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
  • Researching new sales opportunities by cold calling, sending emails, connecting with others, participating in social media, and a lot more.
  • Creating meetings with potential entrepreneurs based on their needs and concerns if necessary.
  • Keep an updated customer database.
  • Measure identified KPIs.
  • Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.
  • Contributing to the organisation's revenue growth.
