The Tele Sales Representative shall contribute in producing sales to generate revenue for the company. They should have a result oriented mindset and superior people skills to present the products and services comfortably over the phone (Inbound/Outbound).in order to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
Broad Responsibilities/ Major Deliverables:
Respond and handle customer inquiries/leads into sales opportunities/prospects
Ask questions to understand prospect requirement as to guide/advice the right solutions or offers to them.
Converting sales opportunity/prospect into a confirmed/closed sale or deal.
Take and process work order in an accurate manner
Providing reliable and actionable data to increase productivity and efficiency
Cutting cost per sales by increasing conversion rates while reducing the volume of wasteful calls.
Enter and update customer information in the database.
Go the "extra mile" to meet sales targets/quotas for revenue generation
Keep records of calls and sales note as useful information to evaluate performance in correlation with generating extra income/compensation as per incentive plan.
Follow and adhere to the sales scripts to pitch the product or service in order to produce results
Handle prospect objections with proper rebuttals for a convincing pitch.
Comply with the Quality call parameters and guidelines for optimum performance.
Apply training methods/techniques for self improvement.
Adopt best practices in the telesales industry

Qualifications:
BSC./B.A./High School Diploma/MBA or any relevant field
Experience:
0-2 years in calling (inbound & outbound)
