As a
Tele Sales Executive
, you will be responsible for engaging potential buyers, explaining project details, and scheduling site visits. Your goal is to convert inquiries into qualified prospects and help drive sales for ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database
Explain project details, pricing, and features clearly and confidently
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable real estate projects
Generate interest and schedule site visits for the sales team
Follow up with leads regularly via calls, messages, and emails
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM
Meet weekly and monthly lead generation and site visit targets
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth client handover
Build a strong pipeline of interested customers
Education
Minimum: 12th Pass
Graduation preferred
