Key Responsibilities
Engage with prospective customers via phone calls and WhatsApp.
Explain platform features and help prospects understand suitable mutual fund options.
Qualify, nurture, and convert leads throughout the sales pipeline.
Maintain detailed records of calls, chats, and follow-ups in the CRM.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets.
Requirements
Strong verbal communication skills in
English & Hindi
(Malayalam is a plus).
