Key Responsibilities

:

Lead Calling & Follow-up



Call prospective clients from the company database or marketing campaigns. Follow up regularly with leads to convert interest into site visits or bookings.

Client Engagement



Explain real estate projects (residential/commercial), pricing, amenities, and payment plans. Address customer queries related to property details, legal documentation, and investment value.

Site Visit Scheduling



Convince clients to schedule site visits with the sales team. Coordinate between clients and on-ground sales executives for visit arrangements.

Database Management



Maintain accurate lead details and call records in CRM software. Update lead status (Interested, Follow-up, Not Interested, Visited, Converted).

Sales Target Achievement



Meet or exceed monthly call and conversion targets. Support the closure of deals by ensuring clients are well-informed and interested.

Campaign Support



Support marketing campaigns through follow-up calls. Share campaign feedback from prospects with the marketing team.

Market Awareness



Stay informed about real estate market trends, pricing, competitor projects, and offers. Use insights to engage better with potential buyers.

Customer Relationship Management



Build trust and maintain long-term relations with clients. Ensure post-sale communication and referral generation.
