We are hiring

Telesales Officers

for our insurance division. The role involves promoting insurance products, explaining policy benefits, and assisting customers in choosing the right plan.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers. Explain insurance product details clearly in Hindi (English is an advantage). Generate leads and convert them into sales. Maintain call records and follow up with customers. Meet daily and monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

Good communication skills in Hindi. Positive attitude and confidence in sales conversations. Basic computer knowledge. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Immediate joiners preferred.
