Telesales Officers

for our growing Insurance team. The role involves interacting with customers over the phone to promote insurance products and provide support in policy sales.

Responsibilities:

Call potential customers to explain insurance products and benefits. Convince customers to purchase suitable insurance plans. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of sales. Meet daily and monthly sales targets. Provide excellent customer service during and after the sale.

Requirements:

Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred. Languages: Hindi & English (mandatory). Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply. Good communication and convincing skills.
