About the Role
We are looking for
hardcore Tele Sales Executives
with
excellent English communication skills
and a strong passion for sales. This role requires high energy, persuasive communication, and the ability to
consistently close deals
in a competitive night-shift environment.
Key Responsibilities
Make high-volume outbound sales calls to potential customers.
Clearly explain product benefits in
fluent English & Hindi
to convince and convert leads.
Handle objections confidently and push for closures.
Achieve and exceed assigned daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM regularly.
Deliver strong follow-ups to maximize conversions.
Requirements
Male candidates only (as per role requirement).
Minimum
Graduate
qualification.
Excellent spoken English & Hindi is mandatory.
1-3 years of experience in
hardcore sales
(Tele Sales / BPO Sales / Health care).
Highly
target-driven, aggressive, and persuasive
personality.
Comfortable working
night shift (8:00 PM - 5:00 AM)
.
Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a competitive environment.
