Sales & Lead Generation



Contact potential and existing customers via phone calls, emails, or messaging platforms. Explain product/service features, benefits, and pricing to prospects. Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-up. Maintain records of calls, inquiries, and customer interactions. Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

Skills & Qualifications:



Education:

Minimum High School/Diploma; Bachelor's preferred.

Experience:

0-3 years in tele sales, marketing, or customer service.

Skills Required:

Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills. Active listening and problem-solving ability. Basic computer and CRM software knowledge. Goal-oriented and self-motivated. Ability to handle rejection professionally.
Solar Sales Experience Preferable

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
