Key Responsibilities
? Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell insurance
products.
? Understand client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
? Lead and motivate a telesales team (for Manager roles) to achieve daily and monthly
targets.
? Ensure adherence to compliance, call quality, and process guidelines.
? Maintain accurate lead and call records in CRM systems.
? Achieve conversion and revenue goals consistently.
? Handle objections and escalations effectively to close sales.
? Provide training and mentoring to junior telesales agents (for Manager role).

Pay: ₹9,169.51 - ₹27,833.99 per month
