Key Responsibilities
Manage E-commerce & Online Sales efficiently.
Handle Lead Management & Conversion to drive business growth.
Maintain accurate records through CRM and Reporting.
Manage Customer Communication & Call Handling (calls, emails, and social media inquiries).
Coordinate with Dealers and Partners to ensure smooth operations.
? Requirements
Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).
0-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Product sales, CRM, or Customer Support.
Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam; additional regional languages are a plus.
Comfortable handling e-commerce orders, phone calls, emails, and social media queries.
Familiarity with CRM tools and basic e-commerce operations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
