Recruit, train, and manage a team of telesales executives.
Allocate targets, monitor performance, and provide coaching for achievement.
Conduct regular performance reviews and motivate the team to achieve sales objectives.
2. Sales & Revenue Generation
Drive telesales activities to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Convert inbound and outbound leads into successful sales closures.
Upsell and cross-sell insurance products (Motor, Health, Life, General Insurance).
Track daily/weekly/monthly sales performance and share reports with management.
3. Process & Compliance
Ensure adherence to insurance broking regulations and IRDAI guidelines.
Maintain quality standards in customer communication and sales pitch.
Ensure accurate documentation and timely policy issuance.
4. Customer Relationship Management
Develop strong customer engagement through effective communication.
Handle escalations and resolve customer queries effectively.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.
5. Strategy & Reporting
Contribute to telesales strategies, scripting, and process improvement.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to optimize performance.
Prepare MIS reports for management review.

Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and persuasive selling ability.
Good knowledge of insurance products (motor, health, and general insurance).
Target-driven with proven sales track record.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to train and mentor tele sales staff & Backoffice team.
