Graduate in any discipline
0-2 years of experience in sales calling, telesales, or customer service (freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply)
Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, or regional languages (as required)
Confident, energetic, and persuasive personality
Ability to handle objections/rejections positively
Comfortable working with daily calling targets
Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company products and services
Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert calls into sales opportunities
Clearly explain product/service features and effectively address customer queries
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and sales outcomes in CRM/database
Achieve daily and weekly calling targets set by the company
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-ups
Collaborate with the sales team to support business development goals
