Roles and Responsibilities



Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate qualified leads. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options. Schedule and coordinate site visits with clients and the sales team. Maintain follow-up communication with potential customers to ensure engagement and conversion. Update and manage customer data in CRM systems. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams for promotional activities. Provide an exceptional customer experience through timely and professional communication.

Preferred Candidate Profile



Bachelor's degree in any field. 1-5 years of experience in inside sales, tele calling, or customer handling (real estate preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Target-oriented with a passion for sales and customer engagement. Proficiency in Tamil and English (knowledge of other regional languages is an advantage). Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
