Key Responsibilities:
Outbound calling to generate and qualify corporate leads
Handle inbound enquiries and explain services
Understand client needs and pass qualified leads internally
Maintain call logs and follow-ups in CRM
Meet calling and lead targets
Ensure professional and confidential interactions Requirements
0-2 years of tele sales / inside sales experience
Excellent spoken English, Hindi and Gujarati and communication skills
Target-driven with strong follow-up skills
