Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of telesales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Identify potential clients in the
derma, aesthetics, and medical
segments and generate qualified leads through outbound calls and follow-ups.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, aesthetic practitioners, clinics, and distributors.
Provide product knowledge and technical information to clients to support their decision-making.
Develop and execute telesales strategies to improve conversion rates and overall performance.
Monitor team KPIs, track sales performance, and prepare regular reports for management.
Conduct regular training sessions for the telesales team to enhance product knowledge and communication skills.
Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to align on campaigns, promotions, and lead generation activities.
Handle escalated customer queries and ensure timely resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.
