We are looking for a confident and result-oriented
Telesales Executive
to handle hotel sales through outbound and inbound calls. The candidate will promote hotel rooms, banquet services, corporate bookings, and special packages, while ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Make
outbound calls
to generate leads for room bookings, events, and corporate tie-ups.
Handle
inbound inquiries
for reservations, room availability, and tariff details.
Promote hotel
packages, discounts, events, and seasonal offers
.
Convert inquiries into
confirmed bookings
and maximize sales.
Maintain
daily call logs, follow-up reports, and CRM records
.
Build and maintain relationships with
corporate clients, travel agents, and repeat guests
.
Coordinate with
Front Office, Reservations, and Sales team
for smooth operations.
Achieve
monthly sales targets
, conversion ratios, and revenue goals.
Upsell additional services such as banquet halls, dining packages, spa, and facilities.
Provide a
professional and customer-friendly experience
on every call.
