Shift: 10:30 am - 7:30 pm (Mon - Sat)

Location: Doon Express Business park, 1st Floor, Zones 2210 & 2240, Michigan Avenue, Opp. Transport Nagar, Saharanpur Road, Dehradun - 248001

Salary: ₹23,000 per month CTC (Upto 25000/month for experienced)

Earn Incentives Upto: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00

Must be good to communicate in English Use all call-handling procedures at opening, probing, seeking an opportunity to pitch product related services during conversation and while ending the call. Responds to customer queries (outbound) in friendly, professional and supportive way Ensures compliance with agreed Key Performance Indicators like Sales Targets, conversion targets & Quality scores Demonstrates politeness, poise, dignity and emotional maturity in handling calls; handles difficult cases with required frequency and quality Deals with enquiries independently taking ownership for the issue until a satisfactory outcome has been reached for the customer Demonstrate good communication skills, selling skills, negotiation skills to convert a sale Identifies the nature of customer's enquiry and offers him all possible help in quickest possible time using technical knowledge and data seeking capabilities
