We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Telesales Executive to generate sales through outbound/inbound calls, explain products or services to customers, and close deals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls / attend inbound calls to potential customers
Promote and sell company products or services over the phone
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain and update customer data in CRM
Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
Handle customer queries and objections professionally
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate / 12th pass (as per company policy)
Proven experience in telesales / telecalling preferred
Excellent communication and convincing skills
Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Preferred Skills
Experience in outbound sales or cold calling
Knowledge of the relevant industry
Strong negotiation and closing skills
