Sales Calls and Consultations:
Conduct high-volume outbound calls (50-100/day) to pitch tailored IT solutions, such as custom software, SaaS platforms, network security, or cloud migration services.
Qualify and Nurture Leads:
Assess prospect needs through consultative selling, overcome objections, and schedule virtual demos or meetings with account executives.
Closing Deals:
Negotiate contracts, upsell value-added services, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales quotas to drive revenue growth.
CRM Management:
Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and opportunities in Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
Market Intelligence:
Stay updated on IT industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer pain points to refine sales strategies.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, product, and support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and feedback loops.
Qualifications and Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience:
1-5 years of proven tele sales or inside sales experience, preferably in IT, software, or tech services. B2B sales background is essential.
Skills:
