Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Prospect and Lead Generation:

Identify and research potential clients using CRM tools, cold calling, and email campaigns to build a robust pipeline of IT decision-makers (e.g., CTOs, IT managers in SMEs and enterprises).

Sales Calls and Consultations:

Conduct high-volume outbound calls (50-100/day) to pitch tailored IT solutions, such as custom software, SaaS platforms, network security, or cloud migration services.

Qualify and Nurture Leads:

Assess prospect needs through consultative selling, overcome objections, and schedule virtual demos or meetings with account executives.

Closing Deals:

Negotiate contracts, upsell value-added services, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales quotas to drive revenue growth.

CRM Management:

Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and opportunities in Salesforce or similar CRM systems.

Market Intelligence:

Stay updated on IT industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer pain points to refine sales strategies.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, product, and support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and feedback loops.
Qualifications and Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience:

1-5 years of proven tele sales or inside sales experience, preferably in IT, software, or tech services. B2B sales background is essential.

Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident, professional phone presence. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities; comfortable handling rejection and maintaining resilience. Proficiency in sales tools (e.g., CRM software, dialers like RingCentral, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace). Basic knowledge of IT concepts (e.g., cloud computing, cybersecurity basics) - willingness to learn is key. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet aggressive targets.

Personal Attributes:

Self-motivated, goal-driven, and adaptable; thrives in a commission-based structure.
Preferred Skills

Experience with lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo). Familiarity with IT sales cycles and objection-handling techniques. Bilingual abilities ( English + Hindi) for broader market reach.
