Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote IT and Digital Marketing services (Website Development, SEO, Social Media Marketing, Ads, etc.)
Explain company services clearly and professionally to clients
Generate and qualify leads and schedule meetings/calls for the sales team
Maintain daily call reports and update CRM or Excel sheets
Follow up with interested clients and maintain long-term relationships
Handle client queries and provide basic service information
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
Good verbal communication skills in
English and Hindi
Basic knowledge of IT services and Digital Marketing (training can be provided)
Ability to convince and negotiate with clients
Comfortable with calling and follow-ups
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools preferred)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support is an advantage
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
