for our UK process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for Lead Generation and customer engagement. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to UK customers, promoting products/services, and achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective UK customers.
Promote and explain company products or services clearly and confidently.
Maintain a high level of professionalism during all customer interactions.
Achieve daily and weekly call and sales targets.
Update and manage customer information in the CRM system.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English (neutral or UK accent preferred).
Minimum 6 months - 1 year of experience in an international outbound process (UK process preferred).
Ability to work in the 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM shift.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
