Tele Sales Executive - Trainee
to join our sales team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates looking to start a career in sales and business development. The trainee will receive structured training and hands-on experience in tele sales, client interaction, and lead conversion.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads
Explain company services clearly and professionally
Identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions
Follow up with interested prospects and maintain lead records
Schedule meetings or demos for the senior sales team
Maintain accurate call reports and CRM updates
Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets
Follow company sales scripts and compliance guidelines
Eligibility & Requirements
Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Any Graduate
Freshers are welcome; prior tele sales experience is an added advantage
Good communication skills in English and local language
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM preferred)
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and target-driven mindset
