Explain company services, project details, pricing, and process clearly.
Qualify leads based on budget, location, timeline, and project scope.
Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.
Maintain accurate lead data in CRM or tracking sheet.
Follow up regularly with interested prospects.
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams regarding lead status.
Prepare basic presentations or share brochures with clients.
Maintain daily/weekly lead follow-up reports.
