We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, pitching products/services, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services.
Follow up on leads, maintain call logs, and track conversions.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Maintain a database of customer information and sales records.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
Coordinate with the sales team for closing deals and post-sales support.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
Basic computer proficiency (CRM, Excel, etc.).
Good listening skills and customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
Any degree or equivalent.
Prior Telesales or customer service experience is preferred.
