Role Overview
The
Telecaller - Multilingual
will be the
voice of Garuda Aerospace
, engaging with customers, dealers, and partners across India. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, providing product information, and assisting customers with their inquiries in multiple languages.
You will play a critical role in
driving sales
,
building relationships
, and
enhancing customer experience
through effective communication and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Engagement
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inbound queries related to Garuda's products and services.
- Explain drone product features, benefits, and pricing in a clear and engaging manner.
- Maintain positive relationships with potential and existing customers through follow-up calls and messages.
2. Lead Generation & Sales Support
- Identify and qualify leads through telephonic interactions.
- Schedule product demos or connect prospects with field sales teams for closure.
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM tools.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
3. Multilingual Communication
- Communicate effectively in
English, Tamil, Hindi
, and at least one additional regional language (Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam preferred).
- Translate or interpret product information where required to ensure customer clarity.
4. Feedback & Reporting
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the sales and product teams.
- Prepare and maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and outcomes.
- Report daily performance metrics and challenges to the Sales Manager.
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
- Graduate or Diploma in any discipline (preferably with specialization in Communication, Marketing, or related fields).
Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience as a
Telecaller, Customer Support Executive, or Inside Sales Representative
, preferably in NonIT industries, Aerospace, BPO's, FMCG, or agri-based industries.
-Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for sales are also welcome.
Languages (must-have):
English, Tamil, and Hindi (mandatory).
Knowledge of additional South Indian languages (Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam) is a plus.
Technical Skills:
Basic computer literacy and experience with CRM tools, Excel, or call management software.
Ability to handle both voice and non-voice customer interactions.
Soft Skills:
Excellent verbal communication and active listening.
Customer-centric approach with problem-solving attitude.
High energy, self-motivation, and persistence.
Ability to work under pressure and meet calling targets.
