Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell aluminium products.
Handle incoming customer calls, respond to inquiries, and provide detailed product information.
Manage and follow up on digital leads (from website, social media, online platforms, etc.) in a timely and effective manner.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products (roofing sheets, aluminium profiles, doors, windows, etc.).
Generate leads and follow up on inquiries from architects, contractors, builders, and small business owners.
Maintain and update customer database regularly.
Provide accurate product information, quotations, and follow-up on orders.
Coordinate with the sales and logistics team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide after-sales support.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in telesales, preferably in the building materials or construction industry.
Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
Experience in managing digital leads and handling incoming calls.
Target-oriented with good organizational skills.
Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of aluminium products or building materials industry is a plus.
Previous experience handling B2B or project sales is advantageous.
