Handle inbound & outbound calls to prospective clients regarding real estate projects.
Explain property features, location benefits, pricing, and offers to customers.
Generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule site visits.
Maintain and update the customer database/CRM with call records and lead status.
Follow up regularly with interested customers to close sales.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Graduate (any discipline) with 1 -6 years of experience in Tele Sales/Customer Handling.
Prior experience in
real estate tele sales
is highly preferred.
Excellent communication skills
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle customer objections confidently.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
