Key Responsibilities:



Lead Generation:



Making outbound calls to clients to generated leads and identify potential buyers.

Property Information:



Providing detailed information about properties, including features, pricing, and location, to customers.

Needs Assessment:



Understanding client requirements and recommending suitable properties based on their needs and preferences.

Collaboration:



Working closely with the sales team for lead site visit conversion.

Required Skills:



Communication Skills:



Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively presenting information and building rapport with clients.

Customer Service Skills:



Providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and build positive relationships.

Product Knowledge:



A thorough understanding of the properties being offered.

Active Listening:



The ability to actively listen to client needs and respond appropriately.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
