Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and energetic
Tele Sales Executive
to generate leads, build client relationships, and drive sales of our IT solutions, including Zoho applications and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, digital outreach, and referrals.
Present, promote, and sell IT products and services to prospective customers.
Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions (Zoho CRM, ERP, Commerce, etc.).
Conduct product demos and explain service offerings clearly.
Follow up with clients on proposals, close sales, and meet assigned targets.
Maintain an updated CRM database of leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
Coordinate with pre-sales and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Participate in marketing campaigns, webinars, and exhibitions when needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in any field.
1 to 2 years of sales experience in Tele sales.
Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to quickly learn and explain technical products to non-technical audiences.
Self-driven with a strong sense of accountability and result orientation.
