Tele Sales Executives

to promote and sell travel packages over the phone. The role involves connecting with potential customers, understanding their travel requirements, offering suitable packages, and converting leads into bookings. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and entry-level professionals to start a rewarding career in the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads. Explain travel packages and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. Understand customer needs and suggest customized travel options. Follow up on leads and meet monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the CRM system. Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication.

Requirements:

Qualification:

Minimum HSC (12th pass).

Experience:

Freshers or candidates with 3 months to 2 years of telesales experience can apply ( Prior experience in travel company & stock market )

Languages:

Candidates fluent in

Hindi-English

Hindi-Marathi

, or

Hindi-Tamil

preferred. Excellent communication and convincing skills. Basic computer knowledge and confidence in phone conversations. Positive attitude, target-driven, and eager to learn.
