Job Title: Tele Sales Executive
Location: Near RR Mall, Surat
We are looking for a knowledgeable and dynamic Tele Caller to join our team in Surat. The ideal candidate will have a background in agriculture, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for helping farmers adopt modern farming practices. This role requires managing high call volumes while providing expert advice on crop nutrition, plant health, and farming solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
? Make 80-100 outbound calls daily to connect with farmers and guide them on agricultural practices, product usage, and crop advisory.
? Handle incoming farmer queries and provide clear, accurate, and helpful solutions.
? Document and verify customer details, maintain accurate records, and update information in the CRM system.
? Use MS-Excel to maintain call logs, feedback, and follow-up schedules.
? Collaborate with the agronomy and sales teams to ensure seamless support and customer satisfaction.
? Build trust and rapport with farmers to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of agricultural products or services.
? Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree/diploma in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related fields.
? 1-3 years of experience in tele-calling or customer support, preferably in the agriculture sector.
? Strong communication skills
? Working knowledge of CRM tools, MS-Excel, and basic documentation.
? Good understanding of farming systems, crop cycles, agri-inputs, and farmer behavior.
? Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and work under pressure.
