Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven

Telecaller (Sales)

to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, explaining products/services, and converting inquiries into sales. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, we would like to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company products/services. Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information to customers. Generate leads, follow up, and convert them into successful sales. Maintain customer databases and update records regularly. Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Requirements:



Minimum 0-2 years of experience in telecalling/tele sales (freshers are welcome). Excellent communication and persuasion skills (Hindi/English/regional languages as per need). Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software is a plus). Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
