Key Responsibilities:

Answering Calls:

Managing both incoming and outgoing calls related to healthcare services.

Appointment Scheduling:

Scheduling appointments for various medical services, such as doctor consultations or diagnostic tests.

Providing Information:

Answering patient queries about services, procedures, and costs.

Following Up:

Following up on patient requests, appointment reminders, and other related inquiries.

Referral Management:

Directing callers to the appropriate medical professionals or departments based on their needs.

Record Keeping:

Maintaining accurate records of call interactions, patient information, and follow-up actions.

Billing Assistance:

In some cases, assisting with basic billing inquiries or directing callers to the billing department.

Patient Support:

Addressing patient concerns and providing information to help them navigate the healthcare system.

Generating Leads:

Identifying potential patients and guiding them towards the hospital's services.

Customer Relationship Management:

Building rapport with patients and maintaining a positive relationship.
