A Telesales Executive in real estate is responsible for generating and qualifying leads, pitching property projects over the phone, and scheduling site visits or meetings for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from leads/data provided
Explain real estate projects (residential/commercial), pricing, and offers
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties
Follow up on inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team
Maintain and update CRM with call details and lead status
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
Required Skills
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Confidence in handling objections
Basic knowledge of real estate terminology
Customer-focused approach
Ability to work with CRM and lead management tools
Target-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate (any discipline)
0-5 years experience in telesales / real estate sales
Experience in outbound calling is an advantage
