Tele Sales Executive
to join our team and contribute to our growth by generating and converting potential leads into clients.
Position Overview:
The
Tele Sales Executive
will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients, explaining project details, scheduling site visits, and following up to ensure successful deal closures. The role requires excellent communication, convincing ability, and a customer-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain property offerings.
Handle inbound inquiries and maintain follow-up communication.
Schedule and coordinate client site visits.
Maintain and update lead databases and call records.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
Provide accurate and timely feedback to management regarding customer needs and market trends.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in tele sales, preferably in real estate.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Compensation:
Fixed Salary: 15,000-25000 per month (Depends on Profile)
