Cold Calling for new Leads
Answering incoming calls or leads.
Serve Existing customers by after sales support.
Inform about new products/offers to existing customers
Monthly Report In Sales Manager.
Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead
follow-up and outbound cold calls.
Actively pursue leads and convert them to sale.
Facilitating complete virtual walk through of the project.
Analyse client requirements and assist them with their queries and clarifications.
Build an on-going relationship with existing clients and potential clients.
Requirements Domain Experience
Language Proficiency
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
Communication Skills
Confident & Soft-Spoken
Great Follow up Skills
Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
Persistent and results-oriented
Patient and able to handle customer rejection
