We are looking for an energetic and results-driven
Tele Sales Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, following up with potential clients, and converting inquiries into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote company services/products.
Explain services, features, and benefits clearly to clients.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information.
Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly to ensure conversions.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Record customer interactions and update CRM or Excel sheets accurately.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for smooth client handling.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Skills & Requirements:
Excellent communication and persuasion skills (Hindi, English, or Punjabi).
Confident, proactive, and target-oriented attitude.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp Web, CRM tools).
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
Good listening skills and attention to detail.
Education & Experience:
Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate (any stream).
Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.
Experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is an added advantage.
