We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Customer Success & Sales Executive who can drive client satisfaction, ensure long-term relationships, and contribute to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to maximize value.
Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer experience.
Track customer feedback and work towards continuous service improvement.
Achieve and exceed sales and customer success targets.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
0-2 years of experience in sales, customer success, or client-facing roles (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
