Identify prospective leads, building a lead pipeline and conduct timely follow ups.
Be proficient on our products and services and communicate effectively to the customer when needed.
Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
Upsell our incremental services or offers to customers.
Process enquiries that are generated through tele sales.
Responding to queries from clients and giving timely support when requested.
Coordinating with multiple teams to ensure the timely response to inquiries.
Collecting customer feedback and upselling our services wherever applies.
Cold calling old & New leads.
Ensure all communications are logged timely and correctly.
Ensure individual sales targets are met without fail.
Responding promptly to all user enquiries.
Good convincing skills on call with ability to sell and achieve assigned targets.
Manage end to end sales cycle with regards to users on the platform.
Maintaining records of transactions, interactions, comments and complaints.
Provide necessary after sales support to users over call, WhatsApp messages and emails.
Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
Answering questions about products of the company
Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
Desired Skills:
Must have minimum
1.5 years
of experience in Tele sales, Sales, etc
Extremely proficient in English & Hindi.
Familiarity with online payment methods (Paytm/Google Pay/Phone Pe/UPI
etc.).
Knowledge of Tourism places of Inbound & outbound Locations.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Highly motivated individual with a go getter attitude towards work
