A Telecaller in an RO company, or Reverse Osmosis water purifier company, focuses on generating leads and closing sales through outbound calls to potential and existing customers. They explain product features, benefits, and pricing, aim to persuade customers to purchase, and handle customer inquiries and complaints.

A Survey Executive, in general, is responsible for conducting surveys and gathering data, often for market research or specific projects. They may design questionnaires, implement surveys, and analyze the collected data to draw insights. In some cases, Survey Executives might also be involved in field work, conducting surveys on-site.
