Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls from potential clients
Understand client's industrial land requirements
Pitch and explain available land inventory as per requirement
Follow up with interested leads and schedule site visits
Co-ordinate with the site visit team for smooth execution
Maintain accurate lead data and status on CRM
Provide regular updates to the sales manager
