Job Summary:



We are seeking driven and persuasive

Telesales Executives

with a minimum of

6 months of experience in the financial services sector

to generate qualified leads for our

Loan Against Property (LAP)

products. The role focuses on initiating contact with potential customers, understanding their financial needs, and generating high-quality leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:



Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided lead databases or cold lists. Clearly explain the Loan Against Property (LAP) product, its features, and benefits. Understand customer profiles and qualify them based on loan eligibility and property criteria. Schedule follow-ups and appointments for field sales representatives or credit assessment teams. Maintain consistent communication with prospects until they are converted or disqualified. Meet and exceed daily and monthly lead generation targets. Handle initial queries related to interest rates, tenure, loan process, and documentation.

Requirements:



Minimum

6 months of experience in banking or non-banking financial companies (NBFCs)

, specifically in loans, telesales, tele calling, or financial products. Strong communication skills in [English / Hindi / Regional Language]. Good understanding of basic financial concepts and lending products (preferably LAP). Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Graduate in any discipline
