We are looking for a motivated

Tele Sales Executive

to join our dynamic team in Oachira. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in leading a tele sales team and a strong drive to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate sales leads. Guide and motivate the sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets. Maintain good customer relationships and follow up on leads. Ensure accurate record-keeping and daily reporting. Contribute to improving sales scripts and processes for better conversion.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a

Team Leader

in Tele Sales. Excellent communication and convincing skills. Ability to work with targets and motivate team members. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
